Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all service cancellations and refund requests processed by Elmgal Digital for Information Technology through elmgal.com and our authorized payment channels. Our objective is to maintain an equitable, transparent, and trustworthy client relationship.

You may cancel your paid cloud hosting subscription within 30 calendar days from the original payment date and receive a 100% full refund without operational deductions, upon submitting a formal request via email or WhatsApp.

Registration and renewal fees for local (.sa / .com.sa) and international (.com / .net, etc.) domains are strictly non-refundable once registration is completed. Domain fees are immediately and irreversibly disbursed to authoritative international and national domain registries to secure exclusive registrant ownership.

Due to the customized nature and dedicated engineering allocation required for website and mobile application development, development service fees are non-refundable once design and coding workflows have commenced.

All approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method utilized during the initial transaction (e.g., Mada debit cards, Visa / Mastercard credit cards, Sadad, or direct bank transfer to the client's documented account).

Approved refunds are processed and disbursed within 7 to 14 business days from the formal date of approval, subject to standard banking settlement cycles and payment gateway processing timelines.

Ancillary services and third-party disbursements executed with client authorization are exempt from refunds, including: dedicated enterprise SSL certificates, commercial theme and plugin licenses, and one-time custom server provisioning fees.
